How do I book a party? Please complete the booking form on our contact page. We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your date and theme. A signed contract and a 50% deposit are due to confirm your event. The final headcount and balance are due 10 days prior to your event.
What are the space requirements? The overall width of the tent with twin sized blowup mattress is approximately 4 feet wide per tent. The length of each mattress is 75” long. Please make sure you have an open area, a clutter free room, and a safe space for the kids to sleep. It is your responsibility to make sure there is enough space to accommodate the teepees with an open and unobstructed walkway to allow your guests to get in and out of the teepees safely. *Please note we do not move furniture* If you have any questions or are unsure about your space, please reach out to discuss
What do the children sleep on? We provide a mattress, sheet, and a comfy blanket. All of the bedding is anti-allergy and it is all washed after every party. The mattresses are 75” in length and very comfortable! Remember to have each child bring their own pillow!
What is included in the price? Each teepee will have its own mattress and fully decorated bed. Depending on your theme, accessories include battery operated fairy lights, garland, tray table, cushions, blankets, and name boards. Our team makes every effort to ensure your setup looks magical and inviting. Please take care nothing is broken or damaged as this incurs additional charges.
How long does it take to setup? Set up usually takes 1-2 hours. This depends on the size of the party and location of the party within the house. We will set a delivery time once the party is booked and we are happy to answer any questions!
What happens if there is damage to one of the teepees or accessories? Accidents happen. Please be honest with us and let us know. The cost for broken/damaged items are listed out in our terms and conditions. Payment is due at time of pickup. Thank you for your understanding and care.
What age range are the sleepover parties suitable for? We specialize in events for both girls and boys, 4 years and older. If you have older children, or you are hosting a ladies, please let us know we have some other options coming soon!
What do guest need to bring? Our throw pillows are for decoration only. For hygiene purposes, all guests should bring their own pillow.
What is the rental period? Our rental period is for one night. If you wish to extend your rental, you must do so at the time of booking for an additional fee.
Are foods and drinks permitted the teepees? Drinks and snacks are permitted on the trays. Please avoid sticky and dark-colored food/drinks that can stain/damage our teepees and linens. Makeup and slime are prohibited in the teepees.
Can the teepee tents be used outside? Unfortunately, our teepees are for indoor use only.( unless specified for outdoor).Please inquire about our outdoor tent options.
